Our Goal is to Create a Platform that… Meets your Needs and Allows you to Get the Most out of your Experience!

  • General Fitness

    Strength and Conditioning workouts can be adjusted in weight and mechanics. This gives all members the flexibility to jump into a class to increase intensity or spend time focusing on weaknesses without compromising their main goal. Our programming is scalable to the experience and fitness levels of any individual whether you are a fitness beginner or an experienced athlete. This is the reason this program gets acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, soccer Moms, Dads, and grandparents alike.

    All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are approximately 60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:

    A certified Strength and Conditioning coach will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the workout.

  • Individual Design

    Individual Design “Sport and Athletic Specific Training” is our program that is developed specific to the individual or group! We have worked with athletes around the global- from World Champions, Professionals, and D1 Universities developing our method.

    If your goals are specific to a sport this will be the program and structure that best fits your needs!

    We will balance strength and capacity work to help each individual pursue the goals in sport!

  • Personal Training

    You’ll love our trainers and our exciting, quick, and new workout routines. On top of that, you’ll be able to benefit from one-on-one nutritional guidance, rounding out a fail-safe approach to fitness that may just shock you with the type of success you will quickly begin to see. We’ll provide you with support and accountability in your nutrition program to help promote weight loss.‍

    Whether you want to build muscle or lose weight, incorporating strength training into your routine is key. Having more lean muscle means your body burns more calories at rest.

    The ideal exercise program for improving body composition and health includes both cardio and strength training.
